At Tony Gee, apprentices flourish. Our ability to offer first class civil engineering training and exposure to technically complex projects means that what is being learned at college is applied to real projects. Our apprentices split their time between working on real projects in our offices and studying at college.
We have Apprenticeship positions available across the business for creative, methodical school leavers who want to start a career in Civil Engineering Design. As well as a full-time design role within Tony Gee, you will start studying for a Level 3 Diploma in Civil Engineering at college for one day per week in September this year.
You can expect to be using your computer design skills on diverse projects and, as you become more proficient you will find yourselves steadily working your way up a career ladder and professional qualifications as a Civil Engineer.
Use your ability in maths and physics and your desire to make a difference to our built environment. In order to qualify for an apprenticeship with us we are looking for a keen interest in civil engineering design as well as good GSCE grades in maths and physics. We would expect at least a GCSE grade B in those subjects in order to set you up for the higher level of learning required.
Tony Gee has been very active in the development of apprentices within Civil Engineering Design and are proud to participate in the Technician Apprentice Consortium.
