Tony Gee runs a Graduate Training Scheme accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Graduates at Tony Gee are provided with constant support through a mentoring system designed to guide and oversee their training up to chartership with either the ICE or IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers).
