The Environment

Tony Gee and Partners is a Limited Liability Partnership that is owned and managed by engineers who work for it. The firm values its independence and works hard to create a family atmosphere where staff feel valued and rewarded in their professional life and out-of-work social events support that feeling of belonging. Current owners range from people who joined us as students to those who have previously worked for large international consultants and contractors and prefer the experience of working for a smaller organisation.

Much of the firm’s work is undertaken on a design and build basis for major national and international contractors. The nature of this work is that designs are usually produced and constructed in relatively short periods, ensuring that the results of our efforts are there to be admired and appreciated in the short-term rather than having to wait for years as can be the case under traditional forms of procurement.
