Receptionist / Administrator, Esher
Part time 22.5 hours a week, spread across five days

We are looking for a part-time receptionist/administrator to join our award winning company. Tony Gee and Partners is a Civil Engineering consultancy known for its technical excellence within the built environment. The position will be to join our administration team and cover reception in our busy head office, providing support to the wider business.

The position will include but not be limited to

  • Being the first point of contact for the office (including answering calls, greeting visitors and dealing with deliveries)
  • Booking meetings, accommodation and travel and couriers
  • Managing database information
  • Ordering, filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Providing support to the HR team (assisting with reviewing CVs, booking interviews, providing general administrative support and monitoring/updating careers page on the website)
  • Dealing with general enquiries on an ad hoc basis

The ideal candidate will have some experience in an administrative role and will be comfortable with both busy and quiet environments. They will understand the importance of making a professional first impression, and possess a confident telephone manner. They must be competent with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

The part time hours will be 10:00 – 15:00, five days a week with a half an hour lunch break.

Salary will be pro rata £18,000 (£10,800) per annum with a full benefits package including:
