Synopsis:
Superstructure and external works design

Shetland Islands Council

This design and build scheme was for a new municipal waste incinerator facility of approximately 2.5-4-tonnes/hour capacity. It provides heat and electricity to many of the area’s 8,000 inhabitants.

Tony Gee completed the steel superstructure design for the incinerator, and external works design including the access road, surface water drainage and sewers.
