Sustainability Director, Natalie Cropp was honoured at the New Civil Engineer’s Recognising Women in Engineering Awards, as she was shortlisted for both the Leadership and Contribution to a Project categories.
The Leadership category is ‘aimed at women in leadership positions, who have used their positions to inspire and engage the workforce and improve outcomes for their customers and business’.
Natalie’s involvement with the Midland Metro Alliance was recognised in the Contribution to a Project category. Natalie has played a key role in collaborating across the alliance organisations to create and drive the sustainability strategy for the development and delivery of an integrated transport system for the West Midlands.
Speaking about the awards dinner, Natalie said “I’m honoured to have been shortlisted for two awards. It was great sharing the event with so many other women in the industry and hearing about what they have achieved has been really inspirational.”
